As the Operations Engineer you will be responsible for managing a world-wide engineering team through the definition of procedures and engineering support as we expand. The right individual will be able to manage mid-to junior level engineers through tactical activities while serving as advisor to leadership on developing future solutions to meet a rapidly growing business. The Role: The main purpose of the Operations Engineer is to oversee aspects of the business. You will be required to develop world class procedures that reduce our overall cost and drive technical enhancements, all while meeting and exceeding expectations. Provide senior level leadership to WW engineering group, to help drive efficiencies and lean engineering process. Develop sustainable systems and processes to manage service of the device requirements. Drive team to work on manufacturing engineering projects relative to cost reduction, product redesign, and manufacturing quality. Design and drive engineering projects to completion, partnering with Quality Director to support company fresh-lot and manufacturing goals. Develops, evaluates, documents, and improves manufacturing methods. Leads process implementation for new products introduction. Work closely with cross functional departments to ensure seamless processes/adherence to policies. Works on manufacturing engineering projects relative to cost reduction, product redesign, and manufacturing quality.
