Operations Excellence Leader Job in Culemborg 4104, Gelderland Netherlands



For our head office in Culemborg we are looking for an Operations Excellence Leader. You are a mid-career professional and an all-round manager with an understanding of or interest in LEAN, Safety and Quality who has the ambition to grow further within CEVA Logistics.

You will report to the Manager Operations Excellence and will work in the Operations Excellence team which has in total eight dedicated employees. You will manage three direct reports who are directly responsible for Quality and HSE. The other team members are responsible for LEAN, Implementation Program Management and Security.

Functie

As a start you are responsible for the developing and implementing CEVA's HSE and Quality strategy. We expect that you are able to develop rapidly within this department and take on more responsibilities. On all Benelux sites you are the sparring partner for the Operations Excellence Manager and Management Teams. Your team is responsible for program planning and execution of all central site activities and will also work closely with the Global Operations Excellence Team.
