Operations Executive recruitment
Our client is looking for a dedicated and pro-active individual to report directly to the Chief Operating Officer, overseeing various operational processes including the submission of business and tracking of turnaround time for service delivery. Also support in the development, implementation and measurement of all operating and IT initiatives under the purview of the Chief Operating Officer (COO).
Key Responsibilities
- Regarding service delivery, Operations is concentrating on critical advisers’ and partners’ touch points, such as business submission, account opening / trading documentation and measuring the delivery regarding quality and turnaround on a monthly basis.
- Monitor and manage functional operation performance metrics set by the COO, evaluating performance to targets and propose to optimize the key processes.
- Work to build harmonious, effective and responsive relationships within the operations team and cross functional partners of the Holding Company.
- Work with other managers to ensure consistency and approach to process improvements is also in line with the other departments in the Holding Company.
- In charge of testing for infrastructural IT projects.
- Work closely with Compliance to assure all regulatory requirements are organized, prioritized and executed. Also have to ensure that customers and policy data are managed through best practice and in line with regulatory requirements.
- Work with Finance team in FA dept on Commission Management.
- Responsible for managing and ensuring staff are cross trained and coach staff
Job Requirements
- Degree holder with 4 years working experience, with experience in the areas of insurance operations and/or GI and investment products an advantage.
- Qualifications in M5, M9, HI,BCP,PGIand Comm GI will be an advantage.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills including ability to develop and maintain good relationships.
- Self-motivated, committed and possess initiative drive in the job.
- Meticulous and able to work independently.
- Good people management and leadership skills to lead and manage a team.
