Operations Executive recruitment

We are a well-established executive search firm headquartered in Hong Kong since 1988 with offices/alliance partners in Shanghai, Beijing and New York since 2002, 2005 and 2008 respectively.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

-          Handle routine tasks/projects in relation to office administration and/or human resources

-          Assist in handling the contracts with suppliers and clients

-          Assist in data input and protection

-          Prepare statistical reports

-          Translate documents from Chinese to English or vice versa

REQUIREMENTS

-          College degree and above

-          At least 1 year relevant working experience

-          Familiar with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint…)

-          Fluent in both written and spoken English
