SUMMARY
The position provides direct management and administration of all the Organizations, facilities and equipment use. Position requires experience in executing rental agreements, purchasing of supplies and equipment, monitoring computer/copying equipment, administering agency safety program, and monitoring/managing maintenance and security workers. Assignments are made in specific terms and objectives are defined and approved by Executive Management as the signature authority.
· Managed all lease and purchasing agreements.
· Provide, develop and implement Agency Safety program.
· Coordinate maintenance and security services.
· Responsible for vendors’ executable contracts and services which include IT, security, moving, copying, storage, cell phones, phones, supplies and furniture.
· Work with managers and Director of Programs in providing program space allocations and resources.
· May have direct responsibility for Agency property management, capital improvement projects, and overall safety insurance coverage and renewals.
· Recommends future space allocation for the Agency.
· Direct the Agency Emergency and Disaster Preparedness Program.
· Provide other operations services as assigned by the Director of Programs and/or Chief Executive Officer.
