Operations Lead – Trade or Cash Transaction Banking recruitment
A leader in the transaction banking services space requires an experienced Operations Manager to join the Operations team within their trade finance division in Hong Kong.
For your application to be successful you will need to have demonstrable experience in the following responsibilities:
- Principally responsible for managing the Asian Trade Branches.
- Support for all of the Global Trade Products (Documentary Trade Standby/Guarantees, Supply Chain Finance and Structured Trade Finance).
- Primary focal point for Trade Client interactions in the region and.
- Manage monitor the Service Level Agreements between processing teams to ensure compliance.
- Ensure a consistent deployment of product delivery best practices from all regions to facilitate seamless/efficient global delivery.
- Extensive collaboration with Operational Risk management, Client Service as well as Corporate FI Bankers.
- Implement and maintain robust transaction controls.
- Participate in projects to improve/increase service in conjunctions with all global business units.
- Monitor competitor service propositions to ensure a differentiated/superior service.
- Adjust and adopt appropriate revised practices to maintain competitive advantage.
You will need to have experience in the north Asia environment and Chinese language skills are essential.
