Operations Leader Job in Purmerend 1441 CM, Noord Holland Netherlands

Assist  with employee development, fundamentals skill enhancement through leading/ participating in Supply Chain forums and educational events. Assist with resource evaluation and recruitment and MRR. In conjunction with the business, lead and/ or participate as a team member on Logistics strategies to support STRAP/ AOP, Project Pipeline evaluation, Project Management, Global Network Optimization. Manage relationships with Honeywell Security Logistics Providers. ACS Contract Management including  participating towards implementing Corporate Logistics Partner Agreements, Contract Development, Disaster Recovery Planning and Execution, Implement HOS principles within the logistics arena. Inventory Controls, including working with Finance, and creating and/or gathering SBE Cycle Counting Policy Procedures and Annual Physical Inventory Policy Procedures. Manage continuous improvement process for logistics through ACS Self Assessment Program. Adherence to local and regional compliance regulations. Assist with technology development and deployment in the businesses.

 

Four year business degree in logistics or similar discipline;

Minimum five years experience in  Logistics or Supply Chain;

Minimum five years experience as Manager;

Experience in retail environment strongly preferred;

Exposure to marketing, finance, order management, lean manufacturing, Toyota Production System and/or 6 sigma;

Proven accomplishments in operational cost reductions and process improvements;

Experience and demonstrated ability to work in a highly matrix environment;
