·         Ensure success of the strategic plan for Operations

·         Building and manage Government relations

·         Develop and document Operational contingency plans

·         Develop and document risk plans 

·         Ensure performance measurement and improve core processes

·         Establish effective controls on critical processes and systems

·         Regulatory compliance of all local legal matters of economy, finances, taxes and export and import

·         Operational Plan compliance

·         Continuous process improvement

·         Compliance with health and safety plans and procedures

·         Compliance with shipment plans and procedures for efficiency and effectiveness

·         Capitalize on synergies with the group of companies

·         Ensure quality minerals and by-products before purchasing

·         Ensure compliance with the technical specifications for each customer

·         Promote the implementation of a Quality Management System

·         Monitor the implementation of Operational Practices

·         Ensure that all manpower and resources necessary to carry out the Plan of Operations and Logistics are in place
