Your team
Your team is responsible for the management of the Banks fleet of EFTPOS terminals, consumables and welcome kits and includes forecasting, ordering and maintenance/repairs of these stock items.You are also responsible for the contract management of the Banks third party EFTPOS service provider to ensure contracted service levels and day to day operations are being met.
You will:
Ensure terminal fleet is operating with compliant hardware and latest software, managing 3rd party Service providers to drive best customer outcomes via field agents, managing terminal manufacturers and internal stakeholders to ensure best outcomes in terms of operability and failures whilst working with the to minimise
More specifically you will:
- Oversee and manage best practise reporting systems and techniques for the banks EFTPOS Terminal supply chain.
- Contribute, identify and implement system and process improvements to provide best practice service and product delivery to enhance the client experience.
- Lead and contribute towards Bank initiatives and projects when required
- Manage 3 rd party supplier in line with contractual requirements and all service levels and ensure customer experience is of highest quality.
- Ensure the banks vendors and suppliers are reporting accurate and relevant KPI's.
- Ensure effective and efficient management of EFTPOS fleet to meet operational and project needs as well as any compliance and regulatory requirements
- Represent the bank and participate in Supplier Reviews and forums (eg: Monthly Operational Reviews and Strategic Quarterly Business Reviews)
- Provide clear and timely communication and reporting of all key issues.
- Lead, drive and align supplier attitude, behaviour and performance with CBS and Bank's Values, Culture and Principles.
- Lead strongly in crisis situations, to ensure continuity of service and product delivery.
- Organise and facilitate team meetings and support team/business objectives to ensure a challenging, empowered, fun and professional work environment.
- Be a point of escalation in the handling of client and business issues and complaints with respect to EFTPOS inventory and service levels.
- Apply the management systems and processes of the organisation to effectively carry out accountabilities in relation to the department's resources (people and budget), including planning, decision-making, implementation, monitoring of outcomes, and reporting.
- Identify and report risks that could prevent PBS from achieving its strategies, and/or incur possible losses from fraud or error, by initiating and implementing risk-mitigating procedures within delegation.
- Build high quality internal relationships with supply chain vendors and business partners to ensure a smooth supply of EFTPOS equipment for the bank.
You have:
- Extensive experience in a high volume business environment.
- Outstanding work ethic.
- High Degree of Accuracy of work.
- Demonstrated high level of initiative to meet rigid reporting deadlines.
- Outstanding data management skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate and interact with a diverse range of people at all levels of the organisation and its' customers.
- Demonstrated ability to consistently meet or exceed targets and benchmarks.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently under minimum supervision
- Ability to work flexible hours outside core business hours.
- Tertiary Qualifications (eg. Associate Diploma, Diploma, Degree) in either Accounting, Operations Research, or Supply Chain would be required
