Operations Manager-Water Restoration Division
Position Summary:
Woodard Cleaning Restoration is currently seeking a dedicated individual to join our Management Team. As the Water Division Operations Manager you will be responsible for managing all aspects of a multi-million dollar water mitigation service line, to include: ensuring staff are safety minded at all times, development of staff to focus on continuous improvement, and managing project and work volume performance to the highest level of quality, efficiency, effectiveness in customer satisfaction, and profitability. A key goal of the Operations Manager Team is to lead their divisions in turning every customer interaction into a compliment and thus repeat business.

As the Water Division Operations Manager you must be self-driven and will be responsible for the following critical areas: managing all aspects of the water operations service line; leading, directing, and coaching a versatile workforce toward a safe, efficient, effective, profitable and quality outcome for every project in both local and remote environments; becoming as a subject matter expert in water operations; maintaining a positive working relationship with all stake holders; and monitoring service line performance against all established business goals. This is a key leadership role where the measurement of success is the satisfaction of our customers and the performance expectations of the division. The position reports directly to the Chief Operating Officer.

The Ideal Applicant will:
o Participate in setting performance expectations and formulating expectations of divisional staff
o Consistently communicate to identify needs and obstacles of staff
o Establish and monitor metrics for staff, self, service line as required
o Be responsible for quality of service delivery
o Be responsible for proactive, consistent communication with all stake holders
o Ensure that production capacity meets demand (current and projected) – people, equipment, fleet
o Manage jobs, service line to target gross margin and NIBT
o Support new service line testing and roll-out
o Research, test, and recommend equipment, supplies, and processes
o Maximize potential add-on revenue for service lines
Ideal Education/Experience
o 5+ years of prior relevant leadership experience
o Bachelor’s degree preferred
o 5+ years of industry, construction management or related professional experience
