We have an exciting new opportunity working as an Operations Manager in our Brighton cinema complex in Brighton Marina.
Brighton, East Sussex - Commutable from Crawley, Haywards Heath, Worthing, Newhaven and Eastbourne.
As an Operations Manager you should have excellent leadership and communication skills. You will have the ability to motivate and develop people across the site, lead by example with a consistently high level of excellent customer service, and demonstrate high attention to detail. You should have had experience in stock control, retail operations, cash reconciliation and management of direct reports.
Our venues show a diverse range of film product from mainstream to Bollywood, and have a varied and diverse customer mix ranging from students to the more mature audience so you must have great communication and personal skills to develop our brand experience at all times.
You will need to be flexible in your working week, willing to work days, weekends and evenings.
