Our Bristol Delivery Centre is a crucial component of our offer. There, the live recruitment process is handled from beginning to end. Dedicated teams are responsible for everything from initial queries and online application sifting, through telephone interviews, assessment centre booking and management through to offer and referencing. It’s a hugely busy and diverse operation, and it’s growing all the time. That’s where you come in.
Focussing on a personal portfolio of clients, you’ll be responsible for the seamless delivery of a range of live volume candidate management campaigns. You’ll be accountable for service delivery, in line with the bespoke recruitment process and relevant employer brand. We’ll expect you to own the relationship with key client stakeholders and work closely with colleagues in our recruitment marketing team to ensure that hiring requirements are met championing the best use of latest technology.
Working closely with your colleagues in the Resourcing Solutions Management team, you’ll drive continuous improvements in quality. As the operational point of contact for Account Handlers and Team Managers, Recruitment Advertising and Assessment Services, you’ll provide valuable advice and information, discuss candidate pipelines, the selection processes and forthcoming activity, and help to ensure accurate client forecasting and billing. Naturally, you’ll also develop strong relationships with clients – hosting site visits, and designing bespoke communications for large campaigns.
We are looking for an accomplished Operations Manager who has experienced of working across high and low volume complex campaigns. You will be results orientated with a dual focus on service delivery for the client whilst maximising operational efficiency. Ideally you will have experience of working within an outsourced environment or perhaps you have an accomplished background within a large HR function or Resourcing background.
