We are seeking an experienced retail Operations Manager. This person will directly manage the associates and activities of the warehouse, front end and store office areas of the store.

Requirements:

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
-Maintain orderly operation of all areas of responsibility; ensure that operational policies and procedures are being properly carried out at the store level.
-Consistently achieve inventory control, productivity and expense goals.
-Conduct physical inventory.
-Participate in staffing, orientation and training activities for the store.
-Serve as manager-in-charge during absence of General Manager or other store managers.
-Ensure that store policies and procedures are effectively communicated to all store associates.
-Ensure that personnel issues are handled in accordance with guidelines.
-Ensure the safety and protection of all company assets.
-Perform other duties and tasks as may be assigned.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
High School diploma or equivalent, Bachelors degree preferred, and two or more years of experience in a retail management role, preferably in operations, loss prevention and/or inventory control.
