Operations Manager Job in Harrow Ha13hp, London Uk

We are looking for an extremely organized person with excellent communication and time management skills to lead the reactive maintenance team on behalf of a registered social landlord..

You will have 2 managers who intern manage 20 people across the 2 key areas of the business.

Key attributes

·         Fair but direct approach to managing people.

·         Able to wear 10 hats in any one day.  The skill to this role is the ability to manage and adapt to multiple personalities in the same day

·         A good knowledge of HR and personal management. 

·         Good IT skills and the ability to use new systems.  (excel is a must)

·         Technical background preferred however not essential

·         Streetwise attitude to service deliver and managing Operatives. 

·         A good commercial understanding and the ability to work closely with the QS and senior management Team

·         Good knowledge of a schedule of rates versions 5-6

·         Ability to promote a Health Safety culture in line with company procedure.
