Operations Manager
Job Description The job bears overall responsibility for office operations aspects for the Transportation Business Line in the Los Angeles office. Primary responsibilities include monitoring and ensuring financial performance KPI's, employee development, technical quality, project delivery, coordination with Market Sector leaders in the LA area for BD activities, and ensuring that there is an effective office organizational structure in place at all times. This position will report directly to the Southern California District Manager on the operations of the Los Angeles office. The possition will also assist on major pursuits in Los Angeles County and represent AECOM on key community and stakeholder organizations in Los Angeles County. For these responsabilities the position will report to the Deputy Regional Manager for Transportation West.
