A industry recognised leader in cleaning services is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee mixed portfolios throughout Victoria. Recently winning 3 new contracts this dynamic organisation is offering an excellent opportunity for a solutions focused individual for a long term career opportunity.

As the Operations Manager your key areas of responsibility will include the training and development of staff, conducting cleaning inspections on all sites and overseeing daily operations. You will need to ensure cleaning standards and industry standards are met and control stock and equipment maintenance as well as complying with OHS responsibilities at all times. You will be required to review the performance management of your staff and continually develop and improve correlation with your clients to ensure their satisfaction.

You will have proven ability in a similar Operations leadership role and can demonstrate an unrivalled commitment to the client's experience. You have outstanding interpersonal skills and a flexible approach while keeping your eye firmly centred on overcoming the challenges ahead. In addition, you can demonstrate significant experience in a similar senior operations management role and you have experience in juggling the many challenging requirements of the role.

You will have high attention to detail and be able to solve problems quickly and efficiently. In your previous roles you will have a strong track record of achieving monthly KPI's. The ability to supervise work teams and deliver superior customer satisfaction through high quality service and communications is essential. Superior organizational skills and the capacity to build strong customer relationships are crucial requirements for the position.
An events cleaning background will be highly sought after.
