OPERATIONS MANAGER-
YQ Home Plus, LLC; Pittsburgh, PA. Direct/coordinate day-to-day activities, interpret implement company policies. Dev'p operating procedures to facilitate office operation, conduct mgmt studies, prepare budget estimates, determine work load, personnel equipment req's, forecast future needs. Manage purchasing of materials from within US overseas. Ability to establish cost-benefit analysis of production operations. Responsible for auditing verifying co. financial accounts/records. Req proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Access, Powerpoint. Req knowledge of Chinese business practices. MBA or MPA req. In the alternative, a Bach. degree in Business or Accounting 5 yrs related exp.
