Overview of Role/Job Purpose: To deliver the operational service for the contract including; people, process, quality, systems within agreed targets and budgets. Responsible for the overall performance of the department, including customer service, quality, staffing and motivating employee performance and morale. Must work closely with other team members to ensure department's objectives are met. Oversees supervisory staff associated with designated program. Job Description Duties: - Manage day to day operations - Achievement of monthly, weekly, daily and intraday targets - Review and manage costs in order to meet and improve on agreed budgetary limits. - Manage the delivery of contractual service levels in order to satisfy client needs and meet revenue targets - To review service delivery, identify and implement improvements in order to ensure business performance is maximized and client needs met - Plan, control and manage changes to services, policies, procedures, resources and facilities in order to positively and flexibly meet business requirements - Be cost conscious and ensure that resources are managed as efficiently as possible, maximizing opportunities to reduce cost without compromising service - Provide an efficient and flexible response to departmental operational issues in order to maintain levels of service delivery, client and customer satisfaction - Providing assistance, coaching, measurement, feedback, help and guidance to the department - Motivate and develop team leaders through coaching, feedback and personal development in order to enhance performance delivery, meet contractual obligations and maximize staff retention - Work with Team Leaders to ensure compliance with company policy, state and federal employment laws - Recruit, plan and manage the deployment of resources within the teams in order to maintain a skilled and effective workforce and meet contractual obligations - Regularly review the activities of the department in order to ensure the most effective and cost efficient approach is used to provide customer service and meet contractual obligations - Provide an efficient and flexible response to operational issues, in order to maintain levels of service delivery, client and customer satisfaction - Interface with internal and external clients in order to ensure contractual obligations are met and client needs are satisfied - Involvement in operational projects and initiatives - Manage own performance and personal development as a role model within the department - Provide leadership, direction, develop and maintain team morale - Attend, manage or organize disciplinary procedures as required Skills/Qualifications: - Bachelor Degree preferred - A minimum of five years customer service management experience preferred - Extensive Contact Center background; inbound focus - General understanding of the budget and financial planning process - Initiative, drive to perform at a high level and motivate others - Client facing presentation skills or internal communication at an Executive level - Ability to work independently - Exceptional organizational skills - ability to manage multiple, competing priorities and projects - Ability to meet aggressive deadlines and provide quick turnaround - Ability to operate effectively in a rapid growth/high change environment - Strong communication skills - Ability to motivate others and work cooperatively in a group to achieve common goals - Ability to professionally persuade, influence and negotiate in critical situations - Create and maintain a positive environment while supporting organizational decisions If you are interested in this opportunity or other opportunities available through Adecco Engineering and Technical, please apply online or email directly to amanda.
