Automotive supplier in the Vance, Alabama area is looking for an Operations Manager. Candidate will be responsible for overall quality of operations, assessment of operating procedures and ensuring compliance with laws, regulations, and safety.
Candidate will also oversee the training, management, and disciplinary actions of employees. Candidate will carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with organization's policies, as well as overall direction of each department.
A Bachelors Degree and a minumum of five years experience is required. Candidate must be able to pass a criminal background check and pre-employment drug screen.
