This national logistics company specialise in the movement of specialised oversize equipment. Currently undergoing significant growth across all areas of the business they are looking to bring onboard an Operations manager to join their Perth based team.
Reporting to the Branch Manager you will be a career minded individual with the drive to develop within the organisation. You will oversee the transportation of all equipment for individual projects as well as taking a lead in developing new ways to improve the operations. Looking after both country projects and local Metro based projects you will have a strong understanding of the WA transport regulations along with understanding loading restrictions and relevant safety procedures.
You will have experience of working within the heavy haulage or project environment and be looking to develop your career. You will have a strong transport background and a proven record of effectively managing a team to deliver and exceed on KPI’s where appropriate. You will be able to effectively manage your resources to ensure that you meet the requirements of all clients. You will have excellent communication skills along with strong computer skills.
