Operations Manager Loans – VP recruitment
With a strong and growing position within the market, this newly created opportunity has become available for a highly capable operations manager with excellent communication skills. Primarily you will be dealing with the loan agency business responsible for loan administration, transfer agency, business development and deal closing and monitoring. The position reports directly into the Head of Operations where you will be responsible for managing up to 15 people.
You will have extensive loan knowledge including corporate loans (bi-lateral, syndicated) for aircraft, shipping and other project and structured finance related activities. You will be highly motivated and an experienced manager with the ability to manage 3 separate teams with a view to improving cohesiveness and operational efficiency across the department.
