Operations Manager (Management Consultancy Operations)

My client a leading provider of information technology, business consulting, enterprise applications and business process services, are seeking to employ an experienced and ambitious Operations Manager. Overseeing the Financial Services practice of one of the most utilised practices within the business, the successful applicant will join the leadership team and take a key role in defining how the unit operates.

In order to be successful within this role it is advantageous to have the following:

- Proven previous experience within a Consulting or Professional Services background.
- Experience of Resource Management.
- Strong interpersonal skills – the ability to build relationships and to match consultants to assignments and to influence and implement placement decisions
- Demonstrates ability to work collaboratively with all levels within the team and with the various stakeholders inside and outside the team
- Strong organisational and administrative skills, with the ability to prioritise and deliver under pressure
- Proficient in all Microsoft Office packages
- Ability to manage people and teams
- Professional, results orientated, collaborative and outcome focussed.
