Title: Operations Manager (MRO)

General Overview
Reporting to the Site Leader. This position will be responsible for managing all aspects of Production and Maintenance of GdB MRO Operations.

Duties and Responsabilities
Maintain all necessary regulatory certifications in accordance with the Quality Management System.
Maintain and ensure compliance with quality procedures throughout the facility necessary to comply with Brazilian ANAC (RPQS).
Represent the company and liaison with regulatory Governmental agencies and industry groups.

Interface with Corporate MRO Operations to communicate, deploy and achieve production and cost goals.

Utilize and comply with Corporate Lean Guidelines and implement Continuous Improvement Methodology to deliver optimized results.

Assumes ownership and provides guidance and leadership to others with regard to fair and equitable treatment of all team members. Responsible for developing Team member capabilities through a healthy and productive work environment.

Responsible for daily planning, execution and tracking of MRO Production tasks and activities.
Responsible for developing new MRO technical capabilities in line with company's strategic goals. (Planning, Resources and cost goals).

Four (4) year Aerospace Engineering Degree or Mechanical Engineering Degree with aerospace maintenance included in the CREA.
CHT License is preferred.
Advanced in English. (advanced written and verbal)
Ten (10) years maintenance or production experience required and five (5) years of leadership experience.
