About the Job
IT ITIL operation manager is required to join my client's expanding service delivery team within close proximity to Peterborough / Kettering. The role has been created to ensure that the service arm of the business is working to ITIL and good practice across the board; problem, incident and change management. The role is an internal role looking at the way my client currently runs service and maintaining high ITIL service standards. The role will involve liaising with many different departments and ensuring the service offered to clients is of an excellent standard. Methodical / structure approach is essential. ITIL accredited is essential as is understanding service management methodologies and best practice. Salary for successful applicant is up to £45,000 and interviews are planned for Tuesday 27th and Wednesday 28th March 2012. Send CV to robert.taylor@concept-it.com
