Operations Manager recruitment
• Series 7, 24/27 securities licenses
• Oversee 4-5 person operations team
• Evaluation of operational capabilities for new products
• Should demonstrate a strong knowledge of clearing and settlement functions
• Strong knowledge munis, corporates, government bonds, asset-backed and structured products
• Strong operations background with excellent knowledge of various trade processing, settlement, trade reporting processes and regulatory rules and requirements
• Involvement with special projects and new business added to the firm
• Ability to implement procedures and policies for new products
• Strong attention to detail to ensure firm policies and procedures are adhered to and regulatory requirements are met
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment with competing time sensitive priorities
• Outstanding communication and problem solving skills
