The Company
Our client is a high profile well established operation based in Dublin C.C.
The Challenge
As a key member of a team in a high calibre organisation the role involves managing Operational procedures and maintaining risk mitigation policies. The successful candidate’s responsibilities will include:
• Updating and maintaining the organisations Procedures Manual to reflect (a) management comments made by auditors and (b) best practice in financial evaluation, risk management and procurement processes.
• Testing of compliance with procedures and internal guidelines.
• Managing the risk management policy and central risk database.
• Manage relationships and coordination of information with internal and external auditors.
• Manage all communications with the organisations Board.
• Assist in the preparation of the annual report.
The Candidate
The ideal candidate will be a good team player with solid operational experience in a complex organisation. The successful candidate will:
• Have strong operational and administrative experience in a complex organisation.
• Have a high level of technical skills and rigour in addressing compliance matters.
• Have a proven record of ability to manage a number of stakeholders in a professional manner.
• Hold a professional qualification in accounting, banking or finance equivalent.
• Excellent organisational, analytical, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Have an advantage with PPP and/or PFI experience.
