Operations Manager recruitment
An outstanding position has arisen for an experienced operations manager within a leading financial institution. Reporting directly in to the regional head of operations the role is to manage an operations function of over 80 people across retail, corporate and institutional offerings. The ideal candidate will have experience as a senior manager managing a large number of people whilst also run large projects with a focus on operational change. People from all financial services backgrounds will be considered however someone with specific experience across settlements, investigations and reconciliations will be favoured.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure function is running in an effective and efficient manner
- Create and maintain a high performance culture within the team
- Negotiate competing demands of internal Stakeholders
- Develop and implement improvement initiatives
- Monitoring and analyse financials of the business
- Deliver on agreed service levels, quality criteria and cost for Financial Services team.
Key Requirements:
- Experience managing a team of team-leaders and managers leading a large operations function (50+)
- Experience running projects from an operational point of view.
- Lean Six Sigma or PMBOK
- Change management experience
