Responsible for the day to day management of operational matters mainly within the Investment Department, including project work, compliance, IT liaison, systems and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
+Work closely with Fund Managers to understand and support th operational requirements.
+Manages relevant compliance matters – ensuring breaches/ compliance reports are effectively dealt with and allocated/communicated/escalated to relevant people
+Acts as day-to-day liaison point for systems matters, proposing and implementing improvements to efficiency.
+Manages Operations Officers providing support and coaching on workload and priorities.
Experience:
+Strong experience within the financial industry, in a role that requires a good deal of interaction with investment teams.
+Previous experience within an operations role, or compliance function.
+Strong regulatory and business knowledge of investment and/or sales marketing systems such as FMC, Charles River, Perspective 2, Chronicle, Viaduct, BWise, Sentinel.
+Comfortable in leasing with the Fund Managers and other senior representatives.
+IT literate, including MS office suite.
