Operations Manager recruitment

Your mission:

• Manage a team of 3 to 7 soft operators

• Coordinate day to day operations

• Opening, negotiating and checking import-export letter of credit

• Appointing independent inspectors and shipping agents

• Handle all administrative aspect related to cargo

Our Talent needs to have/be:

• Min. 5 - 7 years of relevant experience in a soft operations department

• Previous experience within Europe, Africa or Asia

• Good knowledge of Gafta and/or Fosfa rules

• Fluent in English French, Spanish a plus

• Good coordinator, process oriented and  strong communication skills

• Discipline, team spirit, initiative

• Pro active, ability to cope with stress and tight deadlines
