Operations Manager recruitment
We have been retained by our client, a leading professional services organisation to recruit an Operations Manager to join their award winning team. This is an outstanding opportunity to join a renowned firm in a position where you will work alongside team leaders and managers. This is a varied role whereby project management, service improvement and departmental organisation are key.
Within this role you will be primarily responsible for:
·Project management- planning and implementing public sector projects
·Business planning- overseeing the business planning process, the delivery of business plan objectives and preparing of the public sector budget
·Service Improvement- challenging and reviewing existing processes and procedures, designing, embedding and managing service standards on an on-going basis.
·Reporting- devising and delivering management information both internally and externally
·Assisting with resource planning·Effective running of the public sector team- ensuring there is a joined up client management between departments.
In order to successfully fulfil this role, you must have:
·Extensive experience and a successful track record in operations
·Experience in identifying and applying technical solutions to improve processes and service delivery
·Excellent organisational skills
·Strong communication skills, both oral and written
·Self-motivation
