The ideal candidate will currently be at a leading Investment bank running a trade support team and will be looking for the added responsibilities to be found on the Buy Side. With regards to products, in-depth experience in interest rate derivatives will be a prerequisite. The role will involve responsibility for everything bar post-trade functionality.
The position will suit a highly numerate graduate who enjoys variety in their day to day work, as in addition to looking after your team, a large part of the role will be project based with a view to improving the efficiency and effectiveness of the fund. It's a collegiate environment so we are looking for an inclusive approach to people management.
