Operations Manager recruitment
The roles:
1) Focusing on the Equities Financial Markets space specifically, Cash, Securities, Client Service, Collateral Management. In order to be successful you must have excellent knowledge of these areas and therefore, be considered an Operations Specialist. The role also requires someone with excellent Risk Controls, Process Re-Engineering, Change Management and more.
2) Focuses on the Custody remit - this requires someone who knows Custody inside out and all aspects associated. Change Management also features very heavily and of course an Operations Specialist. The team consists of circa 10 people with expectations to be at 15 by end of Q1 2012.
You:
- You must come from another Global Investment Bank.
- You must come from an Investment Banking Operations background.
- To be considered you must come from either FMO or Custody.
- You should already be at VP level and looking for the next step.
