Operations Manager- US Based Hedge Fund recruitment
Our client, a Hedge Fund market leader, is looking to hire a dynamic investment professional as its Operations Manager to lead the organisation during its next development phase.
The role is responsible for leadership and full accountability for the following:
- Contributory leadership participation with the Management Team
- Active participation in senior client and relationship management meetings
- Operational leadership of change incorporating client requirements
- Business Implementation – including on boarding of new clients, restructures, product development
- Costing and budget management for the function
- Supporting the overall service delivery of the Operations Division via cross-team co-operation
The ideal applicant will come from a strong fund operations background with around 5-8 years of custody and/or funds management experience. Experience within KYC, trade support, settlement, fund accounting, financial reporting and tax reporting is ideal.
