This growing retail organisation, based in Melbourne's eastern suburbs, have continued to expand their operations throughout shopping centres across the state.
With the advent of franchise opportunities, my client requires an experienced operations manual administrator to join them on a contract for approximately three months.

This role has a very specific focus; to produce, from beginning to end, the operations manual that will clearly outline the processes involved in day to day running of this franchised business. Through interviewing existing staff, immersing yourself in the operations of the business and your background in manual production, you will eventually produce a professionally written operations manual that will form the backbone of their franchised businesses.

Having produced professional documentation previously, you will demonstrate impeccable time management, written communication skills and the ability to work autonomously on a project of utmost importance. Due to the nature of this role, only candidates who can demonstrate previous experience in document production of this sort will be considered.
