Description

Schedule-Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday 7:00am-3:00pm (Full-time) 37.5 hrs

Incumbent is responsible for directing all daily operating functions on a multi-product shift, including workflow, human resources, and expense management related to daily production in Remittance Processing. S/he develops and executes operating plan objectives through appropriate expense control management, forecasting, expense variance explanation, and continuous management of controllable expenses. Responsible for administering performance feedback and counseling, which requires advanced knowledge of HR policies and procedures. The ability to coordinate and organize work while meeting deadlines is required. Good decision making skills, excellent written and oral communication skills, people management skills, and cost control skills are required. S/he is responsible for team building within his/her shift and demonstrating successful leadership qualities. S/he is responsible for meeting shift productivity and quality goals. Experience in expense control management and forecasting is required. S/he is responsible for preparing and maintaining updated procedures. Incumbent must maintain a superior level of customer satisfaction with internal and external customers. Incumbent is responsible for managing up to 50 people; managing a monthly volume up to 900,000 items; managing monthly expenses up to $300,000; and managing monthly revenues up to $1.5MM.

Qualifications

BS/BA degree. 5+ years bank experience, preferable in Remittance Processing with advanced knowledge of RP Operational areas and all job functions. Advanced PC skills are required, with a proficiency in MS Excel, Outlook and Word.
