Job Description

The role holder will provide support in the confirmation, settlements and client service areas of Global Markets Operations for the US. The role may potentially evolve to a leadership position within the group.

Key Roles Responsibilities

* To assist FMOCCUS with BAU processing
* To assist with the confirmation of GM transactions, for FX/MM and Derivatives and Fixed Income Securities, notably Bonds.
* To assist in the settlement of all GM transactions (for FX/MM and Derivatives and Fixed Income Securities).
* To assist in the chasing of written confirmations for all GM transactions.
* To build relationship with both internal and external customers and assist NY based clients with open issues from other SC centers.

Qualifications Skills

* Previous banking experience in customer service driven area
* Experience also in processing of payments/confirmations.
* Experience with FX and MM transaction types
* Exposure to derivative and credit products
