Operations Performance Manager
An opportunity has arisen with an international Oil Gas business who are known as one of the top employers in their industry. This company has a job for an interim Operations Performance Manager to partner with a number of OPEX projects, and manage their progress.
Working near Heathrow, this interim role stands as an opportunity to make a name within a business that really rewards and recognises their top performers. Initially for 5 months, the role is likely to be extended based on performance, and will be high profile within the business. The successful applicant will be responsible for partnering with a number of operational project teams, educating them on the financial implications of their roles, and ensuring that progress is matched against expected timelines. The role will also incorporate significant financial analysis, forecasting, budgeting etc, and will require high level communication and people management skills.
This role is due to start ASAP. We require candidates who are qualified accountants, who have worked in a complex international business, preferably a blue chip, and who have worked in or around a project environment.
