Familiarity with operational policies and procedures
Analyze the operating units by testing for compliance with policies and procedures
Communicate recommendations to management
Perform the audit to ensure ownership of the finished product and gain exposure to key operations personnel
Perform special projects for senior management
Other duties as assigned

Bachelor’s Degree required, preferably business related.
1-2 years of business operations experience is required.
Ability to travel 75-100% of the time, which can include overnight and airplane travel.
Previous experience in in reviewing findings with senior management a PLUS!
Experience working in a variety of environments.
Must have excellent oral and written communication skills
Must be detail oriented and ability to multitask.
