Job Description
The Operations Recruiter, specializing in sourcing and screening candidates, will work closely with the Internal Staffing Team to develop and implement sourcing strategies to provide a qualified candidate pool using tools, techniques and competitive intelligence. The ideal candidate will be skilled in identifying talent in the technology space, particularly for software development positions. This is a full-time position, and minimal travel is expected.
External responsibilities
Ensure client satisfaction by delivering excellent recruitment services based on the client's requirements and against agreed metrics.
Key responsibilities include:
· Analyzing and creating (novel) sourcing strategies
· Assessing/screening potential candidates for fit against the job requirements
· Ensuring ATS accuracy at all times
· Developing reports showing recruitment data and metrics as requested
· Other duties as assigned
External requirements
· A minimum of five (5) years recruiting experience with expertise in technical recruiting (i.e. recruiting Software Developers, Quality Assurance Engineers, Product Developers, IT/Hosting Specialists, etc.) preferred
· Excellent written and oral communication skills
· Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision but also be able to work as part of a team
· Ability to interact successfully with internal customers
· Development of comprehensive sourcing strategies (Boolean searches, Cold Calling, Job Posting, Linked In, Job Board (Monster/CareerBuilder) searches, etc.)
· Understanding and experience in broad range of recruitment tools, services, and technology, including applicant tracking systems
•Demonstrates ability to work effectively in teams: collaboration skills, ability to share responsibility for results, provide and accept feedback, request and provide support, etc
