Our client a leading Asset Management Company based in the West End is looking to grow their operations division due to increased volume.
Main duties will be to support the post trade execution process by managing and resolving trade exceptions and re-bookings. You will also have to be able to investigate exceptions and timely escalate the queries to the dealers, brokers and custodians in time for amendments to be carried out successfully.
You must have a minimum of 2 years operations experience gained from a UK Bank, Investment Management, Custodian or Asset Management background covering the above duties. Strong PC skills and good communication skills are a pre-requisite. The focus here is on delivering above the norm client internal and external satisfaction.
The team is a niche team and are focussed on client delivery and team players.
