Operations Regulatory Change Manager

Our Investment Banking client are seeking to recruit an Operational Change Manager to assist in driving a portfolio of Operations initiatives, resulting from upcoming Dodd Frank and EMIR regulations.

In addition to delivery of a pre-existing delivery pipeline required for compliance with pending Dodd Frank EMIR regulatory requirements, the successful candidate will also be responsible for tracking ongoing regulatory developments, including production and presentation of "Current State" and "Impact Analyses", on existing process across the scope of Operations.

We are seeking to hear from individuals with previous experience of managing regulatory change, in particular those with direct practical exposure to Dodd Frank or EMIR initiatives. Ideally this will have included experience liaising with external legal counsel and tracking Project deliverables against developing regulatory requirements. Candidates with demonstrable operational Subject Matter Expertise around OTC clearing and Collateral Management will also be at an advantage.

Duties will include:

- Manage the full project life cycles from initiation to closeout on behalf of Operations, ensuring Compliance is verified on deliverables and managing Stakeholder relationships to agree BAU handover criteria.

- Ensure all project documentation is updated and maintained, including project initiation documents, project plans, risk and issue logs and change control documentation.

- Identify manage inter-dependencies with other projects, including liaison with external vendors and network management where required.

- Coordination of Multiple Workstreams including oversight matrixed direct reports and Project Steering Group reporting and management of Project Budgets.
