Main Functions:
To provide, implement and ensure ongoing compliance across the Banks Client Assets processes, with specific focus on compliance with the FSA CASS rules.
Compiling and managing the quarterly oversight and attestation scorecards
Delivering CASS Business unit steering committees
Chairing the Business unit coordination committees
Provide updates and timely escalation to the relevant governing bodies
Understanding and documenting issues identified through reviews and BAU process
Managing the performance of regular quality assurance on the CASS processes
Development and delivery of management metrics
Experience required:
Proven operational experience of FSA CASS rules and the operational implementation of these
Proven experience in senior management governance
Proven control focus, business understanding and analysis capability and regulatory knowledge.
Regulatory experience and industry knowledge
Well organised and structured approach including ability to deliver to deadlines
