Operations Reporting Specialist recruitment
The position is with the Operations Team responsible for the daily administration of Barton Capital LLC, an asset-backed commercial paper conduit, sponsored by Societe Generale. Responsibilities include generating internal and external US Securitization reporting, performing regulatory capital calculations (RWA) and reporting in accordance with the Basel 3 framework for securitization and providing back-up coverage as needed for the funding of Barton’s commercial paper program. Participation in the team’s cross-training initiatives required.
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Perform RWA calculations using SG’s B3S system for the AMER Securitization business line ensuring strict adherence to SG’s Basel 3 Input Guidance
• Responsible for Quarterly RWA Analysis
• Perform RWA simulations for conduit transactions
• Maintain/organize files for all RWA reporting Quarterly Portfolio reviews
• Responsible for Internal and external reporting
• Liquidity calculations
• First Loss reporting
• Daily Funding reporting
• Investor reports (SP/Moody’s)
• Regulatory reporting (French US Regulators)
• Ad-hoc reports
• Co-ordinate and consolidate reports across SG Europe and America
• Conduit Transaction set-up in SG’s CPC Monitoring system
• Responsible for setting up of formulas for deal triggers and key performance indicators in CPC
• Responsible for accuracy of deal data and internal/external/facility ratings in CPC B3S
• Maintain accurate electronic files for all reporting
• Provide coverage for Funding function involving daily CP placement for Barton Capital LLC
TECHNICAL SKILLS

• Knowledge of Basel 3 framework for Securitization (ABCP) exposures with regard to regulatory capital requirements

PRIOR WORK EXPERIENCE
