Description
Key Role:
Assist with the design, development, and execution of analysis plans and processes for experimentation. Develop analytic processes to meet intended objectives and execute those processes. Analyze the results from experimentation events to draw conclusions about the significance of event outcomes within the experimentation context. Oversee data collection, analysis, and experiment report development and preparation. Aid the customer with executing decision analysis processes to prioritize events and develop department reports. Maintain responsibility for preparing development plans, frequent in-progress reports, numerous event presentations, and information papers.
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
-10+ years of experience with the FAA systems and programs or government systems and programs
-7+ years of experience as an Operations Research Analyst
-5+ years of experience with Microsoft Office applications
-5+ years of experience with building and maintaining client relationships in a team-based government or management consulting environment
-3+ years of experience with Decision Support
-Ability to conduct, coordinate, lead, or synergize projects to effectively address the client's questions and attempt to underpin critical decisions
-Ability to obtain a security clearance
-BS degree required
Additional Qualifications:
-Experience with modeling and simulation approaches and wargaming
-Experience with applied statistics
-Ability to conduct assessments to determine effectiveness of operations and the application of capabilities
-Ability to identify, develop, and analyze measures and metrics to gauge progress
-Ability to develop, administer, and analyze surveys that gather client ideas and insights
-Ability to support course of action analyses and operations planning in the application of capabilities
-Ability to conduct analyses in support of operations, missions, or lines of business
-Ability to conduct analyses to support the decision making process across all aspects of a client or Agency
-Ability to manage, analyze, and visualize data using statistical software, spreadsheet and graphic presentation software, and develop customized tools
