Responsible for performing operational analysis including trending performance and efficiency results to maximize revenue opportunities with clients; generate maximum potential revenue while reducing any variable labor expenditure; understand client contracts while reviewing the details and determining where there is opportunities for revenue or determining where their losses are; identify areas of opportunities of growth and perform a detailed analysis while implementing process improvements; review new and existing departmental process ensuring efficiency and quality service. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS Education * Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or University in business administration, finance, or related field required. Equivalent work experience in a similar position may be substituted for educational requirements Experience * Minimum one year experience in operations or workforce management experience required preferably in a call center environment with multi-locations.
