Position Description:
One of the Firm's key regulatory reporting requirements is disclosure of interests (DOI) in securities. It is of high importance that daily production is executed accurately and timely with all the risks are in control. The person needs to define roles and responsibilities for all involved in the process, to complete the renovation of technology and to address data integrity issues. To this end, an exciting and challenging opportunity has come up for the right individual to lead the effort in Asia.

The individual will join the Shanghai Regulatory Reporting team that is responsible for monitoring and filing DOI reports and works closely with Compliance to understand and support the reporting requirements under different disclosure regimes and jurisdictions.

Responsibilities:
-Monitor regulatory reporting thresholds across Asia Pacific jurisdiction
-Perform check on daily DOI monitoring to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
-Authorize beneficiary disclosure requests
-Execute day-to-day controls, resolve production issues and ensure timely escalation
-Develop and maintain up-to-date documentation of procedures
-Participate in risk assessment and system enhancement projects and process improvement exercises
-Produce management reports
-Review team's knowledge gaps and come up with proper training solutions to address the gaps.
-Involve into regular risk reviews, entitlement controls as well as meet audit requirements.
-Work with global teams by participate various projects to continue improving processes and reducing risks.

Skills Required:
Requirements:
-At least 5 years of working experience preferably in Investment banking
-Ability to learn and understand the booking model for wide range of existing and new derivative products
-High level of integrity and able to work under pressure
-Attention to details and good analytical skills
-Good command of both verbal and written English
-Advanced level of Micro-office: Excel, Word, PPT, etc.
-Project Management skills.
-Strong people management skills.
-Experience in regulatory reporting, stock loan, equity trade support and structured products support a plus.
