Our client, a small U.S. commercial bank in Hong Kong, is now looking for a high calibre candidate to fill for the following post:
Operations Specialist (Cash Management)
Responsibilities:
• Develop UAT test plans, update web FAQs,
• Determine on-going customer service model including escalation process both internally and with vendor, create customer service procedures and establish billing processes and create billing procedures,
• Determine operating model and create operating procedures, create back office training materials
Requirements:
• University degree with related discipline
• Minimum 8 years relevant experience
• Strong writing skills, problem solving and innovative
• Excellent communications skills with fluency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
