Accusource LLC, based in Exton, PA, is a rapidly growing outsourcing firm that specializes in Advent Axys and APX back office operations. Our knowledgeable and diverse team has been involved in outsourcing solutions for investment management firms since 1986, with that level of experience, Accusource is able to partner with clients to recommend new solutions or assist with compliance needs in addition to providing daily back office operations.
Accusource is seeking a full-time Operations Specialist to work in our Exton, PA office. The primary responsibilities of the position include but are not limited to:
- Data input and maintenance using Advent Axys or APX and various automated data download feeds
- Reconciliation of position and transaction information
- New account document management and setup
- Performance file maintenance and troubleshooting
- Assist with various special projects
- Assist with monthly client reporting
- Documentation of changes to written procedures
- Other responsibilities as assigned
Candidates must have a bachelor’s degree with 4-8 years of experience in investment operations with some experience in currency exchanges and foreign securities. Experience in the finance industry using Advent Axys or APX is preferred and knowledge of Portfolio Center, Moxy, GIM2, APL, Bloomberg or other related software is a plus. Proficiency with MS Office applications, especially excel as well as knowledge of script and macro writing is required. Additionally, candidates must have strong oral and written communication skills and possess the ability to identify and resolve problems all within an intense, fast-paced environment.
