Operations Specialist recruitment
Ziegler Lotsoff Capital Management, an innovative investment management firm located in Chicago, has an opportunity for a motivated individual to join our Operations team as a Portfolio Administrator. In this role, you will assist with security maintenance, perform custodial reconciliations, manage trade settlement, process corporate actions, and prepare client statements and invoices. Ideal candidates will have a minimum of 3-5 years in investment operations or trade support. Experience with Thomson Reuters’ Portia or Fiserve APL a plus.
