Operations Strategy/ Business Manager recruitment
This is an excellent opportunity that sits within the Client Operations team and interfaces with the entire business.
In order to be successful in this position you must have the ability to develop and maintain strong relationships across the business from day one - you will be the 'go to' person and very quickly be involved with the oversight of a team of 40 individuals.
The ideal individual will have a thorough and excellent understanding of operations across Asset Management. You will have worked across (either directly or indirectly) RFPs, Consultant Databases, Transition Management, Client Operations, Client Management and Investment Reporting. You will be a logical thinker and have experience in 'crisis management'.
This is a strong opportunity for an ambitious individual who has client empathy, but is enthusiastic about operations and keen to take on a senior level position in a well known and very successful company.
